Partner with us

We work with employers, funders, and representative organisations across different industries and sectors who want to engage with education, or are investing in the education system to help close skills and disadvantage gaps.

Where sectors are looking to increase their reach into education, we utilise our network of Careers Hubs to maximise effectiveness of engagement and target outreach, supporting programmes such as Build UK and Discover Creative Careers.

Using insights and data from our Employer Standards we support organisations to understand and connect with the parts of the education system that will have the biggest impact on connecting young people with opportunities and addressing priority skills gaps.

Below are three examples of innovative partner programmes, designed to accelerate measurable impact for young people and employers.

Pfizer - Breakthrough Science programme

We partnered with Pfizer on their Breakthrough Science programme; bringing science to life in the classroom for young people.

We teamed up with the National Institute for Health and Care Research, and science teachers from Academies Enterprise Trust, to bring STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) careers education from the margins to the mainstream of school and college life.

The resulting free resources and lesson plans cover a range of topics and showcase real life STEM career journeys, inspiring young people to think about the wide range of rewarding careers available in the sector.

JPMorgan Chase - Effective Transitions

With philanthropic support from JPMorgan Chase, we delivered a £2m grant programme called Effective Transitions. Young people from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds face a range of barriers to progressing to high quality post-16 destinations which impacts on the trajectory of their whole lives. The programme delivered targeted support and built evidence on effective careers education for disadvantaged young people. The final evaluation will be completed and published summer 2024.

JPMorgan Chase have committed an additional £2.5m to building on lessons learned from the pilot programme and scaling this to keep helping young people to achieve better post-16 destinations.
