Careers leadership in colleges

Three years on from the Careers Strategy, this research explores how careers leadership is delivered in practice, effective approaches for embedding careers across a college, and how Careers Hubs and Enterprise Advisers support delivery. The report presents evidence from a survey of 81 Careers Leaders in colleges and 27 follow-up qualitative interviews. The report offers insights on effective practice for senior leaders and Careers Leaders in colleges, and the Hub Leads, Enterprise Coordinators and Enterprise Advisers who support them.
