Together, in collaboration with Careers Leaders in schools and colleges, they offer a comprehensive, skill-based programme that attracts local talent whilst building sustainable relationships with education establishments. Thatchers consider all the influencers in young peoples lives as part of their outreach, to ensure knowledge is shared but also use it as an opportunity to gain valuable insight into young peoples' motivations and how that shapes their apprenticeship programme.
